I am a patient and thoughtful tutor who helps IB students feel more confident with their physics course at both Standard and Higher Level. I understand the demands of the IB programme, so I focus on balancing course content with exam preparation and internal assessments. My lessons are tailored to your level, syllabus and goals. I aim to make challenging topics clearer and build your problem-solving skills steadily. My goal is always to support you in managing the workload while working towards the grade you need.
My IB physics lessons are carefully matched to your chosen level and current priorities. I usually begin by identifying the topics you find most difficult, then work through them with clear, structured explanations. I place strong emphasis on understanding concepts and applying them to the varied question styles found in IB exams.
We practise past paper questions, focusing on both data response and extended answer tasks, as well as building your confidence with calculations under timed conditions.
I also offer targeted support with your internal assessment, helping you choose a suitable investigation, design your method, analyse results and meet the assessment criteria.
Alongside this, I help with revision planning to balance your physics study with other IB subjects. Between sessions, I set focused tasks that reflect what we have covered and address any gaps. I aim to keep lessons relaxed so you feel comfortable asking for clarification whenever needed.
I track your progress across all topics and adjust our plan as exams approach. By the end of each session, you will have a clearer understanding and a manageable next step to continue your progress.
