I am a structured and patient tutor who helps IB students succeed in physics at both standard and higher levels. I understand the demands of the diploma programme and focus on making the course more manageable through clear, targeted support. My lessons are tailored to your level and syllabus, with particular attention to exam technique, mathematical skills and coursework. My goal is always to help you feel well prepared for every part of your IB physics course.
My IB lessons are planned around your syllabus, deadlines and the areas you find most challenging. I usually begin by identifying your priorities, whether it is preparing for exams, understanding new topics or working on your internal assessment.
I explain concepts clearly, breaking them into smaller parts and connecting them to real-world applications where possible. We spend time practising past paper questions, focusing on both short responses and longer data analysis tasks, as well as building your confidence under timed conditions.
For the internal assessment, I offer step-by-step support, from designing your experiment and collecting data through to writing up your analysis and evaluation. I also help you create a balanced revision schedule that fits alongside your other IB subjects.
Between sessions, I set focused tasks to target any gaps we have identified. My lessons are paced to suit your learning style and always leave time for questions. I track your progress consistently and adapt our plan as your needs change. By the end of each session, you will have a stronger understanding and a clear, manageable plan for what to do next.
